It's Just One Dollar was created in 2011 by three friends who had accumulated a number of original useful tools and documents that believed there were others who would appreciate all of the hard work they put into developing these things.  It's Just One Dollar has everything from complex excel calculators that took days and days worth of calculations to develop to farming schedules that took years and years of trial and error to perfect.  All of these products would take an individual way more time to develop for themselves than it is probably worth, but if the price tag is Just One Dollar...it is definitely worth it.
